Securing this allocation required extensive effort—multiple negotiations were needed, and the factory strictly limits output to just 30 pieces per day. The entire production line is dedicated to weaving these scarves: each unit takes two hours to complete; under standard non-overtime operation, a single machine can produce only 4–5 pieces daily. Due to capacity constraints, only six units were allocated for external release—of which one was personally retained for quality verification. After an immediate hand-wash that same evening, the scarf proved exceptional: the deep black color remained completely fade-resistant, and the shape held perfectly without distortion. Made from premium original cashmere (as specified in the original export order), with all raw materials supplied by the brand client.
