CLEAN Factory Model 226570 Explorer II

This is CLEAN’s newly launched Model 226570 Explorer II in black and white variants, powered by the Dandong-made Caliber 3285—identical to the movement used in Rolex’s reference 126710, yet specially enlarged for the 226570. A key distinction lies in the date window position, which differs from that of the 126710; consequently, most existing 226570 replicas incorrectly place the date aperture. Due to the Explorer II’s relative niche status, movement manufacturers were reluctant to develop a dedicated large-size 3285 variant—CLEAN spent over a year persuading Dandong’s movement factory to undertake this bespoke development.

Other notable refinements include: distinct bezel font styling (thinner on vintage-style black dials—reflecting original aging characteristics—and bolder on white dials purchased in 2023); significant differences between references 226570 and 216570 across multiple aspects—including movement specifications, 42mm case dimensions, hands design, and bezel font weight.

The Explorer II remains an exceptionally rare and distinctive model within Rolex’s entire lineup. Prior to CLEAN’s release, no truly faithful and high-fidelity replica existed on the market. We sincerely hope CLEAN continues delivering ever-better timepieces in the future.
