Refund process will take up to 7 working days from your refund request, as our payment processor regulation.
We will choose one of some methods as our refund method, and you will be required to provide your account information.
There is possibility that we will refund you from different ways and different accounts. This is the best way to make refund process faster.
We can do partial refund as discussion.
Refund will be applicable for the reasons below:
Replacement for the returned watch(es) is not available in factory stock nor our own stock.
Your ordered product is not available or out of stock, and you don’t want to choose any other products.
Your package gets seized by customs by our suggested shipping method, we can refund you or send you a new package as discussion. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.
